Tara Ní Néill awarded best prize for her work on gene activated biomaterials

Tara Ní Néill from the Buckley Lab was awarded first prize at the recent Tissue Engineering and Regenerative Medicine International Society (TERMIS), European Chapter Meeting, which was held in Manchester, United Kingdom from 28th to 31st March 2023. Tara’s work focuses on cell penetrating peptides and microRNA delivery for intervertebral disc regeneration and is funded by the European Research Council.
